Another awesome inter-club training session last Saturday. We focused on an older age group, 13 + and
extended the invite to include the clubs in Hamilton. So even with a few regulars away at a BJJ competition we had 40 competitors on the mat and more than two hours of randori. Just what the doctor ordered!A fun day and we will post more pictures soon.
