A picture for Big Judo 'OGs'

 

I bumped into Jordan last night.  A great coach and friend for about 20 years, he invested a lot in Big Judo but pursues his career oversea.  We had a great and caught up about the kids we had coached together who were now awesome Judoka .  It was really nice to see him again, and I thought there are plenty of people out there who will remember him, so posted this picture.  

Big Judo Success at Auckland International Open

 

Big Judo fighter Wiremu Godfrey, performed very well at the Auckland International Open winning his age group -81kg category and the open weight division. Not only did he win two medals, he demonstrated good technique.  

Its great to see a Big Judo player following in the foot steps of their club mate Noah Wallis. A strong competitor who has fought at the World Champs and is currently based in England.  

Well done Wiremu. 

Well Done Noah! Gold at the English Open

 Awesome work Noah!  At Big Judo we are all very proud of everything you do overseas but winning the English Open is fantastic.  Well done!

Big Judo Pukekohe back on the mat

Two Saturday trainings down.  Numbers good and looking forward to a good year.  Nellie is on the mat and we have really good group of teenagers pushing themselves hard. Nice place to be in February.
