Hi Team - Promised a nice Wim Ruska Sasae video unfortunately couldn't find it again. Oh well this will do. Have a look and see how this big throw works.

Big Judo in the City

Another great Saturday training session. Kids were having a great time. Some of our beginners have moved up to the big kids class and we have more newbies.

Ju Ji Gatame Technical Points

At the Police class we have been studying Ju Ji Gatame (side arm bar).

Funny her technical points are the same as what Ben hammers.

Look at her body position:

• Baz's thumb pointing at the ceiling
• Legs together - squeezing the arm between the legs 
• See she sits up chest close then pulls the arm back with her whole body not just her arms
